I have installed the Google Earth in my laptop, after it runs for a minute or two, a window pops up with… Google Earth has encountered a problem and needs to close. Its show the diagnostic report as this,

And that time Google Earth shuts down. How can its solve ? I have a Dell laptop, with windows XP professional edition and have uninstalled my antivirus in case that was show same problem. I am using Avast .

Well, sometimes this happens due to strong virus and some antivirus could not remove strong viruses which infect the computer or windows programs. First of all you should remove Google earth from your computer and then download a Symentic Antivirus in your computer from this link.
