Hello troubleshooter,

I created a new account in the client place using Psi. The process went almost to the end. However, I got a warning error message saying it failed the authenticity test and the certification is self-signed. I am very confused what do I do now? Do I need to reinstall it again? Please help, your help is great.

What seems to me that this is an expected behavior and there is nothing to worry about, if you have done the Psi setting using proper steps just be sure that the error message is incorrect and appears sometimes owing to internal application bug. In such a case just click on the continue button to sign in.
