When I was trying to replace a file using winscp I got the error winscp error code 3. Now I am not able to transfer any files. Help me.
This error is caused when you don’t have the appropriate permissions of the folder. So winscp gives you an error. Also, it cannot create a temporary file for the transfer.
So, you can either make sure that you give the write permission of the folder to the user you logged in with or you can try disabling a transfer to temporary file by selecting disable from endurance page in the transfer menu which is in the preferences option.
The above methods will solve the problem.
