Getting a login error when trying to login to ICAP

Hi,

I am getting a login error when trying to login to ICAP. After providing username and password an unpredictable error occurs. What can I do to counter this error?

Unexpected error occurs:- 2147217865([Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]invalid object name ‘US’)

Execute Error

Do you want to quit (the database will be closed properly)?

Getting a login error when trying to login to ICAP

This error can mean two things

a.   User does not have rights to use the software. Check if the user name and password is correct

b.   Scripts have not been run against the database. The scripts can be found on the installation CD, or the service pack download area. Before running the scripts, take a backup of the database.
