I just downloaded the synaptics universal and just found out in the middle of the installation an error that says it is not compatible with my operating system. What will I do, please do help me about this. I really need a solution for this.

Basically, when you encounter a message in the middle of your installation that says the application or program you are installing is not compatible with your operating system, at this point you already encountered an incompatibility issue. Since the message you received already points to your operating system, installing the program on your computer is really not possible.
What you should do right now, since you downloaded the application over the internet from a certain website, you just need to go back to that website where you actually downloaded the installer. See if that site offers other versions of the program that works with your operating system. If the site doesn’t offer any other version besides the one you downloaded then just try searching the web for other versions that supports your operating system. Or go to the official website of the program you are installing, I’m sure you will find a version there that is compatible with your operating system.
