Hi, First of all, you need to figure out the cause of error .You might receive this error message while watching TV or while ordering video on demand. To fix it you need to follow few troubleshooting process.
REFRESH YOUR SPECTRUM RECEIVER
To refresh it you need to follow few simple steps:
- Sign in to Spectrum.net
- Go to My Account and then select TV.
- Then click Refresh on the Equipment section.
There is another process of doing it by phone, using Interactive Voice Response (IVR):
- Dial (855) 757-7328.
- When asked for briefly describe the problem you are facing.
- All the receivers at your home will be refreshed.
