Is it possible to run FoxPro legacy system under Windows 7? Also, what’s the difference of Visual FoxPro and FoxPro 2.6? Please help me. Thanks!

Yes, FoxPro Legacy system will run in Windows 7 but the previous DOS and Windows versions will not be available for some reasons.
