Whenever you get a new email in MS outlook 2013, 0x80004005 office 2013 error occurs. To resolve such issue,

1) Open MS outlook 2013, then select the option TOOLS in the menu bar followed by OPTIONS and then PREFERENCES.
2) Go to email options and clear the checkbox saying DISPLAYING A NOTIFICATION WHEN NEW MAIL ARRIVES.
3) Select OK.
