Hi. The steps to install the inkjet or laser printer for home use require you to first turn on the computer and then remove the USB cable if at all one has been connected to the computer. Then, navigate to the software and driver downloads and then select a method by which the printer model can be identified.
Then, follow the instructions appearing on the screen to go to the download page. Next to the full feature driver, select the download option and then for other driver-related options, click on basic drivers. Alternatively, plug the computer to the printer and then turn the printer on. Then, wait for the OS to detect the printer and then install it. Install the software which came along with the printer or downloads the software from the website of the manufacturer. Then, after the drivers are installed, run them.
