If you can’t use Microsoft Office Outlook properly and it keeps on freezing every time you run it, try to uninstall and reinstall it. If you have the entire Microsoft Office suite, uninstall only Microsoft Office Outlook and don’t touch the other Office applications. Click “Start,” “Control Panel,” and then “Add or Remove Programs.” Select your Microsoft Office then click “Change.”

On the next screen, make sure “Add or Remove Features” is selected then click “Continue.” In the “Installation Options” screen, click the dropdown menu next to Microsoft Office Outlook then select “Not Available” and then “Continue” then follow the instructions. When it is finished, close Control Panel then open your web browser and then download the free version of CCleaner and install it.

Once installed, start CCleaner and clean your system. Restart your computer then repeat the same steps in the Control Panel and go to the “Installation Options” of Microsoft Office. Again, click on the dropdown menu next to Microsoft Office Outlook then select “Run from My Computer” and then “Continue.” Follow the instructions then close Control Panel.

After this, just create your account again in Microsoft Office Outlook so you can check your mail. This should fix the problem. An alternative to reinstalling Microsoft Office Outlook is to simply use Mail in Microsoft Office Online. Go to Free Office Online then click Mail at the bottom of the page to access Microsoft Office Outlook Online.

Just sign in with your Microsoft account and you’re all set. If you want to convert CCleaner to Pro, download the codes and follow the instructions.
