I have iPhone 5s but facing the issue of iTunes could not resolve the iPhone because an error occurred. Please help me to avoid this problem.

Fix ITunes Could Not Resolve The IPhone Because An Error Occurred. Why?

Firstly check your iTunes is updated to latest version.

Turn off your computer and your Apple device touch and start it again.

Update the iPhone version.

The fault also Occur if your backup file on your computer is corrupted or damaged, or if you are connected your computer with your phone with USB then the connection is not established properly.

Try to rename your backup file

You can also store or take your backup on iCloud which is a better solution.

If you are not able to overcome with the result, then contact Apple service center.
