You might want to visit the Intel website to download the drivers for your motherboard.
If that doesn't appear to be the proper drivers for your motherboard, you can search Intel's driver database to find the driver that is right for your needs.

For your Intel 82801 DV main board you find the LAND driver provided with your motherboard disk when you have bought it. Or you can download the LAN/Ethernet Driver from their download center. Chick on the link and it will take you to Intel's website where you can download your driver.
Don't forget to reboot your computer after installing the driver.
