I am having trouble with internet download manager uninstallation. For someone reason I can see internet download manager in the task bar and when I click it shows the download menu with an error that suggests that 9 files are not found. Should someone know how to solve this problem and uninstall internet download manager permanently kindly let me know.

Internet Download Manager surely is an annoying application. A lot of Internet Download Manager users too are having trouble deleting or uninstalling it.
Anyway, persistent applications such as this always have a solution. Anyway, let us try ever possibility to uninstall it. Have you tried uninstalling it in Windows feature which is “Add/Remove Programs? If not, then try it. Here are the steps:
In Windows Vista or higher:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Under Programs, click “Uninstall Programs”.
In Windows XP:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Click “Add/Remove Programs”.
You can also use programs that are made to uninstall programs. I suggest you use CCleaner. Not only does it uninstall program but it also cleans your computer as well as your registry.
