File could be opened and saved in COREL X5

Hi there,

When a PSD file is saved, an error message appears and the message has no description. There are around thirty layers with four layers in the design. The screenshot of the error message is attached below.

The same file could be opened and saved in COREL X5 and it works fine there. Could anyone have any suggestion to solve this error please?

Hi there Ronald R Eagle,

Even though Corel is really trying to include PSD export to their functions, it is still a very buggy option and you are facing a bug.

The error occurs because of the text layers that cannot be exported. Simple work around would be to exclude the text layers from the file before exporting or to rasterize your texts so they become just a regular layers.

Updating the version of Corel would also be of a great use, just as keeping it up to date all the time.
