Fatal Error Problem for Adobe Captivate

Hi,

Adobe Captivate has encountered a problem. It is showing an error message with a fatal error.

Though the error message has assured to save all my works, I found nothing saved at the direction.

I restarted my system, and it was working well.

Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help.

A fatal error has occurred, and the application is being terminated. Adobe Captivate has tried to save all your work in the respective project folders as “.cpbackup”files.

Please restart Adobe Captivate.

Fatal Error Problem for Adobe Captivate

Hi Hall Allen,

There is a lot is  Adobe Captivate users that is experiencing the same kind of error. I think the best way to find the solution is to join the discussion in different forum to gather a lot of information. I have attached a link of a good site that has a lot of informative posts.
