When I was trying to access Netflix by my Xbox 360, it is showing Error Code NW-1-19 Xbox 360 and displaying that device connection to the internet is not available.

First thing you have to do is to check the network connection whether it is connected properly or not. Restart the network. Secondly, you should verify the DNS settings of the Xbox.
Follow these steps –
- Go to the system settings of the Xbox.
- Choose Network Settings.
- Configure the Network after selecting it.
- Restart the Xbox and try to access the Netflix again.
