I can't initialize the Crystal Reports application in RMS console. It is showing this error message.
How can I solve this?

You are getting that error because Crystal Reports are either not installed or the installation is broken.
To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

First off you will need to run PCU 2011-3>PCU 2012-1>PCU 2012-2 setups.

You will also need to make sure that you have got the following files downloaded or copied to a folder on the RMS Console Machine.

CCS_DataCollection_10.5.1_PCU_2011-3_win.exe

CCS_DataCollection_10.5.1_PCU_2012-1_win.exe
-
CCS_DataCollection_10.5.1_PCU_2012-2_win.exe

You will need to run the win.exe files in order to complete the PCU upgrades.
