Hi experts
I need assist about this error message.
When I launch FactoryTalk View Studio, I get "this software requires personalized information that cannot be read."
I am using Windows 7 – 32 bits / core I5 Processor / also 4GB Ram (however it shows just 2GB can be utilized)
Also The FactoryTalk edition is 6.1

I think you are having a compatibility problem; there are some instances that your windows 7 -32 bit cannot support the FactoryTalk View Studio. But if you are having second thoughts I suggest that you uninstall the program and download the latest version of the FactoryTalk View Studio.
1. Click “Start” button
2. Go to “Control Panel”
3. Under the Program button you can see uninstall a program click it
4. Find the FactoryTalk View Studio and uninstall it.
5. Reboot the computer
Download the latest version and install it. Try to use it again and if the same problem persist, it may all about the compatibility issue or drivers.

Follow these steps to fix this issue:

Go to Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel

Find "FactoryTalk Services" in this list, uninstall it.

Then reboot your computer and reinstall FactoryTalk Services.
Hope this fixes it. This issue has been seen before by other users who usually fix it by reinstalling the whole program once.
