I was running Netflix on my PS3, but suddenly the screen displayed Error Code NW-2-5, and it stopped working. How can I run it back?

This error occurs due to the connectivity problem. Another reason might be improper DNS configuration, which is preventing you from connecting to Netflix. Follow these steps –
- Turn off the console by switching off the power source.
- Remove all the connection between the console and TV.
- After all this, now connect everything back.
- After turning ON the console, try to run It will run successfully.
- You can also restart the internet connection in case you are not able to access Netflix after all the above steps.
In the case above steps do not work, check your DNS settings.
Go to Internet Settings.
