Every time I tried to run my program, there is an error 0x800710E0 on server 2012. My system account is a member of local admins and has FC rights as well. What should I do?
The operator or administrator has refused the request (0x800710E0). This error statement-making your system weak.

1) By setting user permission
2)By changing the power setting

a) Create task
b) Select the right user account.
c) Enable the option- “run whether the user is logged on or not.”
d) Right-click on the application and select properties.

f) Allow access to the user by checking the permission box.
