FaceBook error messages is my problem

Hi all,

I need your help with facebook.  I am getting an error which can be seen below when I tried to perform certain tasks e.g. deleting an app or viewing older posts.  I am no expert and can´t find anything on the website to help me.  Any ideas would be great

Hi!

There could be an error in your internet browser. You should upate your browser that is Mozilla Firefox by going to Firefox window, click the Help button and click About Firefox. Firefox will manually check for updates. If there are some updates Firefox will automatically download the updates. When downloading is done click Apply Update. Firefox will restart itself and the updates are being installed. Then, log in again to your facebook account and perform the same tasks.

If you encounter the same problem after updating your Internet browser try using another browser. Or check your internet connection. There may be some internet connection issues.
