Face book App not updating in HTC one

Hi there,

I have HTC one and every time I try updating my face book application, I get this error "could not retrieve information from the server" other applications are downloading and updating fine, what could be the problem here? How do I update this app?

Face book App not updating in HTC one

Hi !

Try to follow the step to make an update from Menu: Click on Menu>Settings>System Update>Software Update. If it is not working uninstall the Facebook and Facebook Messenger from your phone. Open a browser and go to Facebook website and download from there the Mobile version updated. Also you have to know that the Facebook made a maintenance and released a new firmware for phones and other devices and that's may be the reason that you couldn't make the update.
