When I disagreeable to place the brave on my PC, I get this pop ups.
What does it mean and what should I do?

This is something to do with your Games For Windows Live or we can say GFWL. Try installing and downloading the latest GFWL software.
Install the latest .Net framework from internet.
It must have been a bit easier for me if you would have posted the log file.
The log file must contain some meaningful information that will help to tackle down the problem. However to make sure, download the new copy of f1 2010. Maybe the version of the game that you are trying to install is corrupted.
If all else fails then i think it is time to give your pc a new copy of windows installation unless you are ok to go to the shop and replace the copy of f1 from him.
