Not only the vehicles that need protection, but a laptop or PC also needed too by installing anti virus protection etc., I want to ask. Anyone knows how to manually remove the Personal Shield Promalware? All my laptop got blocking and I don't know what I can do.

Hi Margaret,
It is best practice to use or install Antivirus to your laptop or computer. Since your current Antivirus is blocking some applications of your laptop, you may follow the following procedures below:
1. On start menu > click all programs > select Personal Shield Promalware folder > click uninstall.
2. On start menu > control panel > add/remove programs > select Personal Shield Promalware then uninstall.
3. If you cannot see from add/remove programs. Kindly run the Personal Shield Promalware installer, on software setup you will see repair, modify, remove. Select remove to uninstall the software.
4. If you still cannot remove this software, you may use a third party software like Tune up application.
Please take note removing your Antivirus is will risk your laptop from viruses, you may use Avira, AVG, and AVAST Antivirus to replace your current Antivirus.
