Hi friends,

I am struggling very hard to find the solution for the following error. The error appears when I open the preference from the right click context menu entry in Plastic 4.1.10. I don’t have much knowledge about this error, feeling very tired of this. Please help me sort the error. Your help is great.

Extension engine has not been initialized


The error has something to do with the extension engine. It seems it is being used by another process and it cannot be initialized. First, try restarting your computer and then try running the program again. See if it works. If this works, it could be your antivirus holding the extension engine and is being analyzed.

To avoid this problem from happening again in the future, add the program to the exclusions list of your antivirus. Launch your antivirus then go to “Settings.” Expand the real-time protection item and look for something like “Exclusions.” Select it and then add your program to the list. Once the program is added to the list, your antivirus will no longer interfere with its processes.

The antivirus will ignore everything that is related to your program.
