I try to save some word document and some excel files from my Google Account and all the time I have these kind of errors. I can’t save and I can’t import files. It seems like I can’t do anything in my account. Please can anyone help me to solve these errors ?

An internal error occurred (403)
This error contains a HTTP status code called "403: Forbidden", which means that your documents are there and your username/password were entered correctly but the server refuses to answer to your request to access them. The most likely cause for this error is that you were trying to enter commands too quickly in a very short time period and Google Docs server stopped responding because it considers your computer infected with a virus. To fix this problem, try the following steps:
1. Download and install Google Chrome.
2. While using Google Chrome, attempt to log into your Google Docs account and export the files.
In the future, always keep a backup of your files, either by copying them to a USB device or by burning them to a rewritable CD/DVD.
