MOSS stands for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Moss 2007 data cannot migrate directly to SharePoint 2013.
To migrate them, you have to upgrade the moss 2007 to SharePoint 2010.
After that, upgrade the SharePoint 2010 to the SharePoint 2013.
