Hi experts,

During the shutting down my PC this error message appears and I have to click OK every time to continue turning off. Is annoying because I have to stay to my PC until is off and I want to get rid of this error. Please can anyone help me fixing this error ? If is possible please tell how can this error be prevented in the future.

Exception EOleSysError in module Skype.exe at 0013EF05

This error tends to happen because of a conflict between Skype and an antivirus on your computer, most notably McAfee. By design, Skype is meant to stay turned on indefinitely and hence will cause various errors when it's being shut down. This is also why Skype always goes to the system tray, even when you explicitly tell it to close. Also bear in mind that Skype is now owned by Microsoft, which means that these types of errors can be nigh unfixable and are just a part of the Skype package.

For example, even the official Microsoft explanation for "Keyset not defined" error states that: "This behavior is by design".
