Excel how to reverse series of rows

Hello Helenmarmstead,

The solution that I am giving you below is going to help you reverse a series of row in an Excel Microsoft 2007. This is how you go about it:

·        First, make a column for the row number after opening Excel spreadsheet.

·        Then insert digit 1 in the cell for the first row

·        In the cell below, proceed by making a formula e.g. add digit 1 to the cell above which will gives you a result of digit 2

·        Past this formula downwards to the rest of the columns. This will help you fill the row number correctly.

·        The following step will require you to use copy and paste special of the created column onto itself. You can easily do this by clicking on the option menu and then paste value. By doing so, you are actually converting the formulae into actual number.

·        The final step just requires you to use the row number column to order the row.

Thank you and good luck.
