Error when trying to publish from Microsoft Expression Web 4 to website

When trying to publish from Microsoft Expression Web 4 to my website, I encountered an error message that was in German language and the Application, Windows and all local Settings are in English, does anybody have an idea of what the cause of this could be?

Hi Pedro,
 
The message you get has nothing to do with your local settings. What you are looking at is a system message from your webserver which is most likely set up to German language. You may want to contact your web hosting provider to change that.
 
The message says you are out of disk space and because of that you are unable to upload anything.
