Error on setting up TomTom Home: Error opening file for writing

Hi,

I get the following error message when I try to set up TomTom Home. When I click retry, nothing happens either.

I just get the same message.

Please help me solve this error message.

Error on setting up TomTom Home: Error opening file for writing

Are you installing through your administrator profile? If not, then install the program through that profile. If that still do not work then you have to uninstall your Tomtom Home. To uninstall you have to go to the start menu, to all programs, navigate to Tomtom and click uninstall Tomtom Home.

A white box will appear, what you should do is to click next. Then click uninstall. You have to delete all Tomtom folders. A Tomtom Home folder may be found in the Applications folder however, to access this folder you must show all hidden files. Lastly, download a new TomtomHome here TT Home winlatest installation file .
