Please check the link and try again. ” Safari does work but this error message keeps on popping up. I need to get rid of this error as I want to stick to Safari browser. What can I do? Please I need help

What version of Safari are you using? Ask.com works fine with Safari 3.0.4 on a Mac.

Try emptying the cache, resetting Safari, check for updates; if all that fails then report the problem to Apple.

When you try to start Windows Live Mail you might receive an error similar to this Windows Live Mail cannot be started. Close Windows Live Mail. Your calendar has dates incorrect that do close Windows Live Mail. Probable cause. This problem is caused by internal calendar to Windows Live Mail. Resolution of the problem […]

There are two ways to open a new window in Safari. The first is by tapping the icon in the lower right corner of the Safari window that looks like two squares on top of each other. This makes your current web page small and reveal a New Page button in the bottom left corner.

Tap that to open a new window. Tap the two rectangles again and slide back and forward to move between windows, or tap the red X to close a window.

Besides opening a new blank window, though, you may want to open a link in a new window as you do on a desktop computer. Here's how:

1. Find the link you want to open in a new window.

2. Tap the link and don't remove your finger from the screen.

3. Don't let go until a menu pops up from the bottom of the screen that offers five options:

  • Open.
  • Open in New Page.
  • Add to Reading List (iOS 5 and up only).
  • Copy.
  • Cancel.

4. Select Open in a New Window and you'll now have two browser windows, one with the first site you visited, the second with your new page.

If you are using windows XP click Start run in open and paste this command.

  • %USERPROFILE%LocalSettingsApplication DataMicrosoftWindowsLiveMail and click on “OK”.

But if you are using windows 7 or vista click start and paste this command “search programs and files”. In that screen you will find entry “mail.MSMessageStore” delete it.

Hope it will finish the problem.

Thanks Ruman for your solution,

I followed what you said. I cleared the cache and checked for updates but the problem is still there. But when I checked my Windows Live Mail Calendar, you were right. The problem is there. Thank you also for the steps in opening a new window. Many thanks.

Thanks TechyV!
