Hi,

Recently, I have installed Microsoft Dynamics GP on a client site and received the following annoying message when tried to start Integration Manager for the first time. The reinstallation process did not solve the problem. What is the cause of this error? How can I remove this error as soon as possible? Provide some help. Thanks.

Could not create all default application data due to the following error: – Access to the path ‘C:ProgramDataMicrosoftMicrosoft Dynamics GP11.0.0.0′ is denied

Error Running Integration Manager for the first time

Hi Donald,
The error occurs because the User Access Control feature is turned on by default for Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7.
The solution to it is:
1) Right Click 'Integration Manager'
2) Select 'Run As Administrator'
3) Integration Manager will start using Administrator access permission
4) The application will write in default configuration file
5) After the configuration is completed, restart the system
