Hi I am installing Evaer Video Recorder for Skype, but i am failed to open it. What should i do to open the Evaer Video Recorder that i installed? here is the picture of the error.

Hi Dixon eartha? First you have to download the latest version from this site http://www.evaer.com/download.htm then exit ever and Skype if they are running please click on windows bar to exit and kill the process. Uninstall the old version of Ever video recorder by this means: Start > All Programs > Evaer > Uninstall. Open Evaer installation directory and check if there exist any files, delete if there exist. Install the new version using the setup file to upgrade.
