Hello,
I am trying to access Vault Server version 16.0.56.200 from Excel 2007 but when I attempt to login, the following error message appears. I am running Microsoft Server 2008 Operating System. I need your help to demolish this problem.

Based on your error message it appears that 2007 Microsoft Office is not compatible with your software version of Vault Server.
There are 2 options you can try…
1.    Confirm that you have the Office 2012 add-on installed in your vault program.

Go to the Control Panel, then Programs and Features.

Choose Vault 2012 from the list of programs and then choose Add/Remove features.

Check whether the Microsoft office 2012 add-in has been installed.
2.    Another version of Excel may solve this problem for you. Vault Server is also compatible with Office 2003 and 2010 so it may be time for an upgrade
