Hi,

I am having a problem while trying to log in the OBIEE version 10.1.3.4.1 presentation service. An error is occurring showing a message Error Codes OQ78YWIW. I have reinstalled the whole program for two times with no solution. So I badly need your help to solve this problem.

Hi,

When login to the obiee presentation service it verifies details with iis server authentication system so stop iis service and restart again. you have restart presentation server also to solve this problem. if this not solve problem set new webcatalog with config file instance then restart service. finally place reports in that catalog.
