An error occurred while trying to copy a file

Hello,

Why am I getting this error message every time I try to install Profile Editor says that “An error occurred while trying to copy a file: The source code is corrupted”. I click on ‘Retry’ but the same error occurs. The reinstallation process could not solve this problem. Please provide some assistance. Thanks for any help.

An error occurred while trying to copy a file

That error mainly occurs when the source files are corrupt or you do not have sufficient permissions to the folder you are copying to. In the case of corrupt source files, you have to get another copy of the software.
If you are using windows 7 to try to install as administrator and first disable the UAC control.
