Error occurred while tried to map the drive with Synology system

Hi guys,

A problem has occurred with the Synology system and Windows. I tried to map the drive in Explorer and received an error message. The screenshot of the error message is as under. Have you any idea for the error code 58? Please help.

Consider this, if you are running a firewall software for example ZoneAlarm, a pop-up window will appear that prompts you that the software is trying to connect to the network, click allow and remember, exempt the software from the firewall whatever firewall software you are using and run Synology and try to map the drives again.
