An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR

I was browsing this website that I needed for work. It then prompted me to install Adobe Air. As I was installing it an error occurred while installing the said software. I really need to view the website and without this I will not be able to do so.

Help is badly needed and is there a fix for this? I have posted the error that occurred below.

The problem might occur because the Windows Installer value could be set to Disable.

Enter "services.msc" in the Start menu search box and press Enter. In the Services list, right-click on Windows Installer and choose Properties. If the Startup Type dropdown list is set to Disable, choose Manual from the list. Click Start below the Service Status and choose OK. Then try starting the installation again.
