Hi,

Do what I say now.

Use the key to turn the trial into a full program.

Register and store the key from  the link below:

https://www.justanswer.com/software/6kpqa-just-bought-kaspersky-internet-security-2012-downloading.html

From your order email, enter the new activation code , the back of the new CD sleeve, or the Activation included in the DVD case.

Find the location of  activation code and the code should be four sets of five characters and look like xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

Click on 'Insert your activation code here' after opening Kaspersky

Click on 'Activate the application' and enter the 20 character activation code.

Click next and wait for a while.

Click 'Finish'.

At first, I thought you were in the process of installing the program when the problem happened. Before downloading or installing Kaspersky Internet Security, make sure your computer meets the requirements.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 supports Windows XP Home Service Pack 2 (32-bit only), Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2, Windows Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, or Ultimate edition) Service Pack 1, and Windows 7 (Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate edition) Service Pack 1 both 32-bit and 64-bit.

If you were downloading the program and you receive the message saying it is incomplete, make sure you are downloading the program from the official Kaspersky website. Also, check if your connection is working. Open your web browser and visit a website and then try clicking some links. If your connection is working, try downloading the program again.

If you still receive the message, check if your computer is connected to a router. If you are connected to a router, restart your router. If the router has a power button, press it to turn it off and then unplug it from the power for about 10 to 20 seconds. Press any button on the router to drain any leftover power and also to power cycle.

Plug the router back to the power and turn it on. When the router is ready, try downloading it again and see if it works. If the problem continues, just download the latest Kaspersky Internet Security and install it.
