Error message when I was backing up my files

Hi everyone,

I received an error message of some sort when I was backing up my files.

The error message says, “error backup 21/11”. I have no idea how to fix this. Can anyone help me on this?

Hi Arthur,

These kinds of errors happen when there is some kind of file conflict in the files you are trying to backup or some erroneous files in the cache. Try clearing your temp files by performing the following method:

  1. Windows Start button > Run > %temp%
  2. Select all files here and press Shift+Del
  3. Reboot the machine
  4. Perform backup

The backup should work as expected now.
