I am using the latest release of Windows 7. I am getting some error messages. Please see the message. ‘Error happened in the process of adding files to Zip file.’ Please help me fix the problem. Thanks in advance.

First, I want to know what's the specific activity you're doing in your computer when you got that error message.
It might be you are zipping or encrypting files and you got that error. Isn't it?

Recently, the Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) running on my Windows 7 64bit desktop detected the “win64/Sirefef. W” virus.
The “win64/Sirefef. W” (or variants like “win64/Sirefef. Y” and “win64/Sirefef. B”) is a Trojan which can install rootkits and other malicious programs onto your computer, in addition to use security backdoors and other nasty stuff.
Unfortunately, MSE was unable to clean the “win64/Sirefef. W” virus after detecting it.
Manual intervention was necessary.

Containing the registry exports above and the clean “WindowsSystem32services.exe” file from my Windows 7 64bit Service Pack 1 (SP1) laptop.
