At the time of clicking the image of Live Chat in offline mode without opening the “leave your message form” the thing goes to Comm100 page in the web. I don’t know how I can get rid of this. This is occurring when creating custom code either the use of default code is done. Please give me a solution.

Here I am going to tell you a very simple way to solve the problem .You just reinstall your browser as your browser is not working properly that why you are facing that problem. Some of the files of your browser are missing due to virus. Just reinstall your browser

Sweep your explorer and your computer. Clear cache and history in your via Control Panel, Network and Internet. If you’re using chrome, delete all history from the start time, as well if you’re using firefox. Uninstall your internet explorer or upgrade it with the new one.
