I got some virus problem so I thought to format my C drive only. But during the formatting process I got error related to "Realtek". It's asking to install/uninstall the hardware. For the problem of my Audio device I installed the Realtek but I didn’t get installed properly.

I pressed F8 to run the system in Safe Mode to uninstall "Realtek" but instead of running in Safe Mode system restarting again and again.

Please anyone suggest me the best solution.

Hi,

You are facing this problem because your formatting process is stopped during it is going on and due to process some of your Windows data is formatted. As some of the important files are already deleted, so your system cannot start and restarting again and again.

You should repair your Windows OS or better to set up a Windows OS. You can repair your Windows by your Windows Installation CD. For repair, insert the Windows installation CD in your system's DVD/CD ROM and select for repair, then follow the easy instructions.

Hi,

Make sure that your native audio device is not enabled, if it is enabled then chances are the installation already detects that there is an audio device in the computer. Check the package of your computer if it came with an expansion card for audio or not.

You can check the native driver by going to the BIOS. Installing in safe mode may it be software or driver is not recommended as it only runs in a diagnostic mode where most services are not running then you will end up getting an error message and might think it’s a system issue.

If you can have all installation done in the normal mode that is way better so you  can check if the system runs properly.
