I am having an error 0029 on the CRM of my Amphis Software. It is also stating that an issue is preventing me from accessing the file with the given path. And it says, the file has been moved. I don't remember moving this file as I fear that it will be hard to access the doc file again. How can I be able to resolve this?

Go to that path given in the error message and check what the issue is. And then navigate to the My Documents or Documents folder and to the Z:CRMDocuments1, if the file is still there, try to launch it. Try to make a new file under that folder in Notepad and then save it. Then edit that Notepad file and save again. This way, you can find whatever is the issue that Windows is having on launching that file.
This issue is caused by any of the following:
1. The server has been disabled or unavailable because of network issue.
2. Someone changed the permissions on the folder.
3. You don't have permissions to access that folder.
4. Disk is full.
Also, you can check on the permissions under Tools and Configuration if you click on the Appropriate Test Permissions option.
