Hello there,

I have this error caused by Microsoft Forums and I don’t know how to fix this DLL issue. I searched on the Internet for download and didn’t find it. Also I installed a DLL fixer and I still have this error. Can anyone help me please to fix this? If I find this DLL file how I can install it?

Thank you!

This issue is arising because of the requirement of the DLL file named “FM20.DLL”. This file is a component of .NET Framework. It looks like you don’t have any .NET Framework installed so this issue is arising. You have to get the latest .NET Framework installed. Only after that you can run the application.

Download and install .NET Framework 4.5.1. Before installing, uninstall all other version of .NET Framework on your PC. Then, install it.

Now your problem should have gone for good.
