When trying to access YouWave on my Android device, I got an error "Sorry! The application Calendar Storage (process com.whatsapp) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.” I already re-installed WhatsApp but the error is still incurred. What do I need to do?

Hi there! Please try this simple solution, go to your Settings, then Applications, then Manage Applications, then All (button at top), then Calendar Storage then you must Clear data. If it works then voila, but if it does not work, your whatsapp may be corrupted or you must update it for a updated system without much bugs. Or try this with your phone, remove the battery on your phone, then put it back in. Then try simultaneously holding down the Volume up key, the home key and power button. Then when you release, a menu pops up , then you must choose option 4 which is to Wipe Cache Partition. Reboot. Then tell me if it works fine. Hope this works.

Hey Jaxon!

This problem was also occurring in my friend's Android phone. We search for the problem on the internet but we go disappointed.

Unfortunately, the answer we got was not good for us. We come to know that we have to reinstall our application in the Android phone. We cannot know what is the problem inside the application is because this application is a third party app.

What you have to do is just to follow these steps:

1. Reinstall your application from Android phone.

2. If you are not able to reinstall your application, try this:

Go to <user id>/.Virtualbox/HardDisks. Rename youwave_vm01.vdi. Copy youwave_vm01_golden.vdi to youwave_vm01.vdi.

After doing these you have to restart the application.

It will work for you

Thanks
