Hi Experts,
While scanning my machine with Avast antivirus, I found some irregularities in it. I tried to heal them all but failed. Avast thrown an error message “Error 42111 (This operation is not supported by this Archive type)”. How can I solve this problem?
Please help me to make my machine secure.

Antivirus cannot scan restricted area because windows block these files. System Volume Information is one of the restricted areas where your system restore files are stored. But somehow the malware is in the system restore files which are locked by the Windows. So your antivirus cannot scan them.
In this situation your antivirus can not do anything. You have to do this yourself.
But this is very simple all you have to do is delete all the system restored files in your drive. That’s all.
Please follow the instruction to do this.
Go to control panel -> System and Security -> System and then click the system protection.
In the dialog box please click on the configure. Then a new dialog box is appeared.
In this dialog box click Delete button. This will delete all the restore points.
