Hello, I want to use Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 editing photo and design some creative works.When I start the application and an update is required to install. However, the installation process has failed, an error message appears and please find below the screenshot for your reference.

Does anyone know what are the error and any suggesting fixing this? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jennifer,

It’s really an awkward situation. Neither the program runs nor stops. Please follow the steps below to solve the problem:

Open task manager from Start-Run (Type TASKMGR)

Select the Processes tab.

Find PSIService.exe and click on the end process button.

Now go back to the program. Select snap-in Services and start it manually. Click the Retry button and the update should finish.
