Try to do like this :

If your error message includes "O2003PIA.msi" or "O2007PIA.msi",

Try the following:

1. Open the Microsoft Windows "Control Panel".
2. Open "Add/Remove Programs"
3. For Microsoft Office 2003: Check if "Microsoft Office 2003 Primary Interop Assemblies" is installed.
For Microsoft Office 2007: Check if "Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies" is installed.
4. If YES; Uninstall the "Primary Interop Assemblies" manually.
5. Install the "Primary Interop Assemblies" manually. <Reporter installation CD>Prerequisites(O2003PIA.msi or O2007PIA.msi) OR via Office installation.
6. Update your computer via Microsoft Update: Ask your IT department for help if necessary.
7. Install ThermaCAM Reporter. Note that you probably don't need to enter your license key again, just click "next" in the ThermaCAM Licensing Wizard.
If you have Microsoft Office 2003 and your error message includes one of the following install packages: "OTKLoadr.msp", "MSMExtensibility.msi" or "LockbackRegKey.msi";

Try the following:

1. Update your computer via Microsoft Update: Make sure you have Service Pack 3 for Microsoft Office 2003 installed. Ask your IT department for help if necessary.
2. Install ThermaCAM Reporter. Note that you probably don't need to enter your license key again, just click "next" in the ThermaCAM Licensing Wizard.

If your error message includes "E:PrerequisitesMicrosoftvstor.exe",

Try the following:

1. Start the Control Panel and select Add/Remove Program.
2. Uninstall the program Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Runtime and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Second Edition Runtime.
3. Install ThermaCAM Reporter. Note that you probably don't need to enter your license key again, just click "next" in the ThermaCAM Licensing Wizard.

Hi Noorman,

To fix 1722 error, follow the steps below.

Solution 1 :

If you get the error "X:Prerequisites …vstor.exe"( X means disk drive you are using ), try the following solution :

1. Open Control Panel and Select Add/Remove Programs.
2. Find Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Runtime and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Second Edition Runtime and uninstall them.
3. After that, install ThermaCAM Reporter.

Solution 2:

If it doesn't work, you can try the following :

1. Open "Control Panel"
2. Select "Add/Remove Programs"
3. Look if  Microsoft Office 2003 Primary Interop Assemblies is installed, if not install the assemblies.
And for Microsoft Office 2007, find if the binaries of Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies is installed. Install the binary if it is not installed otherwise ThermaCAM won't work.
4. After that, apply the attached file Fix1722.exe

Hope this can help.

Regards

Kean
